Property Management Industry Regulatory Authority: The new version of- The "Confirmation of Hong Kong Property Management Work Experience" (Confirmation) was uploaded to the website of the authorities on January 8 this year. Part B (II) of this version has added "Subordinates under management (position, total number of people)", and the company must provide information on this item to applicants applying for a temporary property manager license.

Starting from February 1, 2021, this Council will only accept the new version of the confirmation letter. If your company has already filled out the old version of the confirmation letter, you can attach the above information to Part B (II), and be signed by the company's authorized person next to it for confirmation.
