The application steps for membership are as follows.

1. Complete the application form for membership of the Association.
2. Submit the following documents together with the application form:
3. The society reserves the final right to accept or reject individual membership applications without any explanation.
● A photocopy of the applicant’s ID card or passport;
● A 2” x 1.5” photo (the applicant’s name is written on the back of the photo);
● A copy of the applicant's academic qualifications, professional qualifications and work experience certificates;
● A cheque for the one-year membership fee payable to "The Hong Kong Institute of Property Management Company Limited".
